Okay the only way a penis can become rigid is when the Corpus Cavernosum (A chambered section of the penis filled with capillaries) fills with Blood. If this person was alive, There would be no way for him to live after doing something like that. He would totally bleed to death. Besides since I don't know the elapsed time of the video shots ( which are obviously not shot in order), let's pretend he did the chopping immediately after tying his junk up. There would be no way his nerve endings would be deprived of blood long enough for him not to feel any of that. If he was drugged, it would have to be to an extent that he wouldn't be able to feel anything and therefore either not be able to recognize any movements made by himself. I mean the penis is an extremely sensitive area. There is also no way that there could be that small amount of blood resulting from the "operation"... Even though He tied off his stuff, there would still be the blood that didn't get a chance to run back out of the penis along with the smaller capillaries that would still be receiving blood. I believe that this mutulation was done to a dead man. There is no other pheasible explanation

On wikipedia.com if you look up pain olympics it mentions that there are other versions of this video with a disclaimer at the end that says this video is fake.
