I have just bought a gateway laptop. It came with a wireless mouse and Gateway Laptop Keyboard. The mouse works fine, but the keyboard does not work at all. It requires 2 triple A batteries, which I have inserted into the Gateway Laptop Battery slots, but the problem is that the keyboard still does not work. What happens, is the battery light (When the battery light is on, it means that the Laptop Keyboard is working) will flicker on right when I insert the batteries, but then in about 3-4 seconds, dim, and then go out completely. Do you know how to fix this problem? Is there a way I can fix it, or do I need to take it back to the store?

I have also tried replacing the batteries twice.
