Excuses, excuses. I lost 20 pounds in a month and a half with just a treadmill and dumb bells at home. I dieted and I exercised and I was able to make do with what I had. Go for a bike ride for an hour, go take a brisk walk for thirty minutes, and eat a clean diet. Really, losing weight and shaping up is 80% diet and the rest being exercise (while 20% isn't much, you still need to exercise). Not only will you look great, but you'll be prolonging your life.

Do you find me attractive in the least? i have always suffered from low self esteem and i believe that is the main reason for me not being able to stay in a relationship. i am 6'1, 130 pounds, and not sure if i should put a bad picture up of me haha, for it does seem that is all that people want from me >.<
